ACADEMY OF MOTIVACTION
You’ve had the moment - you walk in after a long shift, attempting to connect, and within minutes it all goes sideways. Not because you don’t care, but somewhere between what you meant and what they heard, the meaning got lost. First responders tell us, “This is exactly what happens at home, even when we know better.”
At The Academy of MotivAction®, CEO Irina Alexander and COO Jen Hardy help high-stress professionals and their loved ones restore human connection through training, mentorship, and practical tools that work in real life.
At this year’s Round Rock National Spouse Conference, we’re bringing “Crafting Conversations That Connect” with simple, powerful shifts to reduce misunderstandings, build trust, and strengthen connection where it matters most.
