An Unforgettable Experience of Connection, Training, and Wellness

About the Conference

The Round Rock National Spouse Conference is a heartfelt gift from firefighters to their spouses, offering a unique opportunity to experience the world of firefighting from a new perspective. It’s a chance for spouses to understand the challenges and rewards of this life, while building deeper connections and gaining valuable tools for thriving in the fire service community.

The National Spouse Conference is open to fire departments nationwide, welcoming firefighters and spouses from across the country to join in this invaluable event.

Over three days, participants will take part in hands-on training activities, wellness workshops, and support programming, all designed to strengthen relationships and provide practical support for fire families. Whether you’re new to the fire service lifestyle or have been living it for years, this conference offers a fresh outlook and valuable insights.

A One-of-a-Kind Experience:

  • Hands-On Training Activities: Firefighters will lead their spouses through activities like forcible entry, search, vehicle extrication, rappelling, and more, giving spouses a powerful new understanding of fire service life.

  • Wellness Training: Couples will learn essential tools for stress management, resilience, and self-care, ensuring both partners can thrive together.

  • Support Programming: Small group discussions and expert-led workshops will provide ongoing support and foster connections among fire couples, creating a lasting sense of community.

Join us in Round Rock this December for a chance to connect, learn, and grow stronger as a couple, while gaining a renewed sense of purpose in the fire service lifestyle.

ACADEMY OF MOTIVACTION

You’ve had the moment - you walk in after a long shift, attempting to connect, and within minutes it all goes sideways. Not because you don’t care, but somewhere between what you meant and what they heard, the meaning got lost. First responders tell us, “This is exactly what happens at home, even when we know better.”

At The Academy of MotivAction®, CEO Irina Alexander and COO Jen Hardy help high-stress professionals and their loved ones restore human connection through training, mentorship, and practical tools that work in real life.

At this year’s Round Rock National Spouse Conference, we’re bringing “Crafting Conversations That Connect” with simple, powerful shifts to reduce misunderstandings, build trust, and istrengthen connection where it matters most.
