By opting in to receive SMS messages from the Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not opt in to receive SMS messages.
1. Opt-In to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number during a call or when requested by a representative of the Round Rock Fire Foundation, you are opting in to receive SMS communications from the Foundation. The Foundation will use this phone number to send SMS messages only when we miss your call. These messages are one-on-one, non-marketing, conversational messages aimed at offering assistance related to your missed call. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Foundation. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive SMS messages only if we miss your call. The frequency of these messages is based solely on the occurrence of missed calls from you. You will receive one message for each missed call, and the message will be focused solely on offering help or assistance. There will be no marketing, promotional, or event-related content in the messages.
3. Message and Data Rates Notice
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Round Rock Fire Foundation. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Please check with your carrier for details regarding any charges for receiving SMS messages.
4. Opt-Out Process
You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages from the Round Rock Fire Foundation at any time. To opt-out, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Once your “STOP” request is processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages related to missed calls. Please note that if you opt-out, you may no longer receive follow-up messages from us after a missed call.
We do not transfer or disclose your personal information to any external organizations under any circumstances, even with your consent. We have strict internal controls and policies in place to prevent unauthorized sharing of your data.
