The Round Rock Fire Foundation (RRFF) is dedicated to supporting the health, well-being, and success of Round Rock’s firefighters, their families, and the community. We are a community-driven foundation that seeks to provide firefighters with the resources and care they need to thrive—on and off the job.

Our Story

The foundation was born out of a simple, powerful idea: fire families need more than just financial support—they need a community that understands their sacrifices and provides the tools to succeed. The foundation was founded by a group of firefighters who, after experiencing personal losses and the challenges that come with this unique career, realized with gratitude how important it was for firefighters and their families to have consistent, lasting support.

Our Mission

Round Rock Fire Foundation exists to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who serve and protect us. We provide resources, care, and community-driven initiatives that support our fire families from the beginning of their careers to retirement, helping them thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

What We Do

We offer several programs and initiatives, designed to fill the gaps in support for fire families. These include:

  • Family Support: Crisis relief, wellness programs, and emergency financial assistance.

  • Training & Resilience: Peer support, mental health resources, and wellness training for firefighters and their families.
