Jeff Paull
Regional Vice President, Primerica
Jeff Paull embodies the values of stewardship, service, and family-centered leadership central to the Round Rock Fire Foundation.
Jeff Paull joins the Round Rock Fire Foundation Board with a background rooted in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and service. From an early age, Jeff was drawn to entrepreneurship for the freedom and opportunity it could create for his family. Along the way, he was shaped by exceptional mentors who helped him align business success with a deep commitment to serving people.
In 2006, Jeff founded his financial services practice with Primerica, partnering with families and organizations to help them become debt-free, properly protected, and financially independent. His work is grounded in trust, long-term relationships, and a belief that financial clarity strengthens every aspect of family life.
Jeff and his wife, Alyse, are intentional about investing where they live, worship, and serve. They are active members of Antioch Georgetown and are raising their three children, June, Hazel, and Amos, with a shared commitment to faith, community, and generosity. Jeff also brings board-level experience from his service with For Just 1, a Georgetown-based nonprofit focused on impacting people in the nation of Kenya, while Alyse serves on the board of Agape Women’s Clinic in Round Rock, supporting women facing unplanned pregnancies.
Jeff’s connection to the Round Rock Fire Foundation spans several years. For the past four years, he has served as a trusted guest speaker at the RRFF Spouse Conference, building strong relationships with firefighter families, many of whom are close friends and valued clients. He is excited to step into a deeper partnership with the Foundation and contribute to its mission of supporting and strengthening Round Rock firefighter families
