Trevor Burwick has been proud to call the greater Round Rock area home since 2006. With nearly two decades of experience in the banking industry—beginning right here in Round Rock—he currently serves as the Market President for Happy State Bank. In this role, Trevor is committed to championing the bank’s mission of being a true community partner: deeply rooted, locally invested, and wholeheartedly supportive of the people it serves.

Trevor has been married to his wife, Nicole, since 2021. Together, they share a blended family of six adult children and two grandchildren. Whether spending time with family or reminiscing over their first date at Lupe Tortilla with fajitas and margaritas, Trevor and Nicole find joy in life’s simple moments and just spending time together.

Over the past five years, Trevor and Nicole have devoted their time and energy to supporting local non-profits, including the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center. Their shared passion for community impact led to the founding of Operation Share A Bear in 2024—a nonprofit organization focused on bringing comfort to children navigating difficult and uncertain times. Through this initiative, Trevor continues to embody his belief that giving back isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a calling.

When invited to join the board of the Round Rock Fire Foundation, Trevor accepted with deep gratitude. He believes that firefighters and their families deserve unwavering support—not just during moments of recognition, but especially during times of hardship. By lending his voice and efforts to the foundation’s mission, Trevor hopes to help spotlight the critical needs of local fire fighter families and express his profound thanks to those who protect our community every day.
