About the Round Rock Fire Foundation
The Round Rock Fire Foundation (RRFF) is committed to the health, well-being, and success of Round Rock’s firefighters, their families, and the community. We provide essential resources and care, empowering fire families to thrive both on and off the job.
Our Story
Born out of a simple yet powerful idea, RRFF was founded by a group of firefighters who recognized that fire families need more than just financial assistance—they need a supportive community that understands their unique sacrifices. After facing personal losses and challenges of their own, this group came together with a shared commitment to provide lasting, meaningful support for firefighters and their loved ones.
Our Mission
RRFF aims to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who serve and protect us. We provide resources, care, and community-driven programs that support our fire families from the start of their careers to retirement, ensuring they thrive in every aspect of their lives.
What We Do
We offer a range of programs and initiatives designed to bridge the gaps in support for fire families, including:
Family Support: Crisis relief, wellness programs, and emergency financial assistance.
Training & Resilience: Peer support, mental health resources, and wellness training for firefighters and their families.
Legacy & Honors: Recognition programs and support for uniforms, gear, and events that honor our firefighters’ dedication.
What Makes Us Different
RRFF is unique because it was founded by fire families, for fire families. Every initiative and program is rooted in the real needs of those who work on the frontlines. Our focus on family integration, mental health, and long-term care sets us apart, ensuring no firefighter or family member faces challenges alone.
